Phivolcs logs over 5,000 aftershocks after 7.4 magnitude quake in Hinatuan
MANILA, Philippines — State seismologists on Wednesday said the total number of aftershocks after the magnitude 7.4 earthquake in Hinatuan, Surigao Del Sur crossed the 5,000 mark after almost two weeks. Of the 5,151 aftershocks recorded as of 12 p.m., only 57 were felt, ranging from magnitude 1.7 to 6.6, according to the Philippine Institute
