Pagasa: Rain showers to prevail over most parts of PH Monday
MANILA, Philippines — Parts of the country are forecast to experience rain showers on Monday due to the effects of two weather systems, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
