Japan first to fire railgun from offshore vessel


Japan’s Ministry of Defense made maritime history by firing the first railgun from a battleship. Its Acquisition Technology & Logistics Agency (ATLA) tested it alongside the Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF).
